The reader is a vibe coder or a builder: someone who will open an editor, prompt an app into existence, call a model API, or generate the asset a product needs. The directory is organized by that job, then by an S/A/B/C tier.

Facts we are not confident about are left as “check site,” especially dollar prices. Release dates carry a precision so a year does not pretend to be a day. The rubric is on the methodology page.
